From freeroll tables for beginners to big-prize tournaments for seasoned players, hype96 brings a real poker experience straight to your screen — fast, fair, and full of excitement.
From classic Texas Hold'em to Omaha and exclusive games — all on one platform.
The world's most popular poker variant. Each player receives two hole cards and shares five community cards. Strategy, psychology and patience — it all comes into play here.
More complex than Hold'em — each player receives four hole cards. You must use exactly two hole cards and three community cards. Omaha opens up a wider range of possible hand combinations.
A Hold'em variant played with a 36-card deck — cards 2 through 5 are removed. The action is more intense, strong hands appear more frequently and strategy needs to be adjusted accordingly.
The classic poker variant with no community cards. Each player receives seven cards — three face down, four face up. A strong memory and sharp observation are the keys to success here.
Don't want to wait long for your next hand? Fast Fold moves you to a new table instantly after you fold. More hands in less time — perfect for active players.
Exclusive tables for hype96 VIP members, featuring higher stakes, greater privacy and priority service. For players who take the game seriously.
Poker is more than a game of chance. It's a combination of strategy, psychology, discipline, and situational awareness. A skilled player knows when to be aggressive, when to be patient, and when to let a hand go. That's what makes poker one of the most compelling games around — every session brings a different challenge.
At hype96, we understand this dynamic. Our gaming system is designed to ensure fair play — an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) guarantees that every card deal is completely random with no manipulation whatsoever. You play with full confidence that our system does not favour anyone.
The hype96 poker interface is built with ease of use in mind. Opponent stats, hand history, pot odds and betting options are all clearly displayed in a single, uncluttered view — especially useful for players on the go on their smartphones.
For new players just getting started with poker, hype96 offers free freeroll tables where you can practise and get a feel for the game dynamics without any risk of losing real money. It's the best way to build confidence before stepping up to real-money tables.
Know your hand rankings before you take a seat at a hype96 poker table.
A, K, Q, J, 10 of the same suit. The strongest hand in poker — nearly impossible to beat.
Five consecutive cards of the same suit. Extremely strong, unless it runs into a Royal Flush.
Four cards of the same value. An extremely rare hand — it almost always wins.
A combination of Three of a Kind and One Pair. A strong hand in most game situations.
Five cards of the same suit, not necessarily in sequence. The highest card determines the winner.
Five consecutive cards from different suits. An Ace can be used as the highest or lowest card.
Three cards of the same value. A mid-range hand that can win depending on the situation.
Two separate pairs of different values. Very common in Texas Hold'em — the higher pair determines the winner.
Two cards of the same value. The most common hand — check your opponent's cards before making a big bet.
Tournaments run every day — from free freerolls to high-roller events with big prize pools.

Online poker in Malaysia has grown significantly in recent years. More Malaysian players are taking the game seriously — not just as entertainment, but as a skill that can be developed and refined over time. hype96 recognises this shift and provides an infrastructure that is genuinely built around the needs of local players.
If you're new to poker, Texas Hold'em is the most recommended starting point. The rules aren't too difficult to pick up, but the strategic depth can take years to fully master. At hype96, our daily freeroll tables are designed specifically for new players — you can practise as much as you like with no risk of losing real money.
Once you're more comfortable, the next step is low buy-in cash game tables. hype96 offers tables starting from as little as RM5 buy-in — a reasonable amount to begin learning real-money game dynamics without too much pressure. The difference between freeroll and real-money play is significant, both psychologically and in the way players make decisions.
When it comes to deposits, hype96 keeps things simple for Malaysian users. You can top up in under 3 minutes via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow or FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Minimum deposit of just RM20 — enough to get started across several tables at once.
For more serious players, hype96's weekly tournaments are where it counts. The Weekly Championship features a guaranteed prize pool of RM50,000 — one of the largest online tournaments available to Malaysian players across the country, from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, and Kota Kinabalu to George Town and Kuching. No need to go anywhere; the tournament table is right on your phone.
One thing many players appreciate about hype96 is the transparency of the system. Every hand you play is saved and can be reviewed at any time. This lets you analyse the decisions you made — whether it was a fold too early, a raise too small, or a spot where you should have held on longer. Self-improvement becomes far more effective when the data is right in front of you.
The security of your account and personal data is our top priority. Every transaction and personal detail you provide is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Two-factor authentication (2FA) can be enabled for an additional layer of security. For full details on how we handle your data, please read Privacy Policy our complete.
Hype96 is also committed to responsible gaming. We provide self-control tools such as daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, and a cooling-off period option for anyone who feels that gaming is starting to affect their daily life. We want every poker session at hype96 to be an enjoyable experience, not a burden.
Poker isn't purely about luck. Players who win consistently over the long run are those who understand pot odds, position play, strong starting hands and how to read their opponents' betting patterns.
At hype96, we provide an in-platform guide section to help new players grasp these fundamental concepts. Start by understanding hand rankings, then learn to play according to your position at the table — that alone will set you apart from the majority of casual players.
